Medical Laboratory Technician

Job Summary :

The Medical Laboratory Technician is responsible for performing routine analysis and laboratory testing procedures while ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

What you'll be doing :

• Perform and document analytical procedures in accordance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct routine data analysis, identifying potential errors and escalating to senior lab personnel.
• Prepare data analysis results for upload to LIMS system under guidance of senior staff.
• Assist in quality investigations, deviations, and resolutions.
• Prepare buffers and solutions for analysis as required.
• Guide entry-level staff on routine procedures and support onboarding of new hires.
• Perform calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment and assist with training lab personnel.
• Communicate clearly and timely with cross-functional stakeholders.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $52,300.00 - $87,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and / or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and / or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and / or other benefits.
