We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Talent Coordinator to support our team and help liaison between our network and entertainment and sports representatives.
This role will play a key part in keeping productions on track by coordinating schedules, travel, and communication, while ensuring that our talent has everything they need to succeed.
This is a full-time in-office role based in our New York office.
What You’ll Do :
- Maintain editorial calendars for lifestyle, sports, TV, film, and music projects.
- Track talent offers, updates, and pitches to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Create detailed schedules and itineraries for talent shoots and appearances.
- Coordinate and book travel for talent as needed Build and maintain strong relationships with publicists, agents, and managers.
- Attend shoots to support talent logistics and needs.
- Collaborate closely with creative teams and share key updates with relevant team members.
- Assist with brainstorming and pitching new content ideas.
- Represent the company professionally and take on additional projects as assigned.
Who You Are :
1–3 years of relevant experience supporting a senior executive, production, or talent team; degree or coursework in Communications preferred.Skilled at handling confidential information with discretion Passionate about sports, entertainment, and pop culture Have strong interpersonal skills and are comfortable engaging with executives, celebrities, athletes, and colleagues Have strong writing, editing, and communication skills Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A collaborative team player with excellent organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace Flexible, resourceful, and willing to travel (including occasional international travel) The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $75,000 USD.Compensation subject to experience and location.Published salary bands pursuant to transparency laws, and do not include possible variable compensation such as annual merit increases or bonus eligibility.
