Job Summary
As a Human Resources Generalist Intern at BPMI, you will perform routine business functions to support company operations in areas including, but not limited to : recruitment and employment, employee and labor relations, compensation management, benefits administration, organizational development and training, Affirmative Action / Equal Employment Opportunity Programs, and special projects. Participate in the development, implementation, and communication of Human Resources policies and procedures. Partner with business operations to meet organizational needs and objectives.
This opportunity will begin Summer 2026, working a full-time schedule (40 hours / week). Please note, this is not a remote position. You will be expected to come into the office for this opportunity.
Our internship will give you the opportunity to work in your field of study while simultaneously pursuing your bachelor's degree at an accredited college or university. These opportunities can enhance your academic training while teaching critical business skills and allowing you to learn about BPMI, the Navy, and the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program.
