What You'll Do :

As a Membership Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth membership operations. Your primary responsibilities will include :

• Processing Medicare election forms :  Accurately review and process critical enrollment documentation.
• Data entry of election forms :  Meticulously input member information into our systems.
• Outbound phone calls :  Proactively reach out to members to gather information or clarify details as needed.

What We're Looking For :

Education : Required :  High School Diploma or equivalent.

You MUST live in Washington State.

Experience :

Skills :

Exceptional attention to detail is paramount.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Excellent critical thinking skills to navigate complex situations.

Technical Proficiency :

Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite .

Important Details :

Location : This is a fully remote position, but candidates must reside within Washington State .

Shift : Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM PST.

Position Type : This is a contract position with the potential for extension and / or the opportunity to apply for permanent roles while on contract.
