Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineer position include :

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required
• Actively working toward, or currently hold, PE licensure in the State of Wisconsin (required within 1 year if not already obtained)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation design and construction
• Oversight of infrastructure projects including roads and bridges; manage inspections and ensure regulatory compliance
• Prepare engineering plans, construction documents, and cost estimates for county projects
• Administer permitting, right-of-way acquisitions, and local bridge improvement programs
• Supervise construction and manage engineering support staff including technicians
• Collaborate with state and local agencies, providing professional guidance and technical expertise

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
