Summary : The Benefits Strategy & Compliance Partner serves as a strategic advisor responsible for benefit plan optimization, reconciliation integrity, vendor oversight, and compliance assurance. This role evaluates plan design, models financial impact, ensures accuracy of benefit deductions and vendor invoices, and develops strategies to improve ROI. By blending reconciliation expertise with strategic planning, this position safeguards both financial integrity and long-term competitiveness of the benefits program.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Bachelor's degree recommended. Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience required. Recommended certifications include Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and SHRM-CP.
