General Laborer – Entry Level Opportunity in a Plating Company

Are you a reliable, hardworking individual ready to jump-start your career in a dynamic manufacturing environment? Our plating company is looking for motivated General Laborers to join our team. We offer comprehensive training and a clear path for growth—no prior experience is necessary!

Job Description :

  • Hang small metal parts on lines and racks for dipping, coating, and polishing
  • Remove finished parts and prepare them for shipment by wrapping and boxing
  • Maintain a clean, efficient work environment while standing on your feet throughout the shift
  • Work in a fast-paced, hands-on setting where attention to detail is key

What We're Looking For :

  • Reliability & Work Ethic : Must have good attendance, be punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic
  • Ability to Follow Directions : Capacity to learn quickly and adapt to job requirements
  • Physical Capability : Able to lift up to 50 lbs, not afraid to get a little wet and a little dirty
  • Helpful Experience : Any background in manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly work is a plus; mechanical aptitude is beneficial
  • Additional Skills : Experience with metal coatings, polishing, or fabrication, as well as familiarity with tow motors or pallet jacks, is helpful
