About the Role
We are seeking an HR Project Coordinator to support two high-priority initiatives focused on benefits compliance and administration. This role will play a key part in ensuring compliance with new Living Wage Ordinances in key markets and assisting in the rollout of a new Tiered Life Insurance Program for pilots during the upcoming Annual Enrollment cycle.
This position requires strong project management, data analysis, and HR coordination skills to drive successful implementation and maintain compliance across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project management and administrative oversight for two concurrent HR initiatives.
- Track and manage compliance with Living Wage Ordinances in multiple cities (including Philadelphia and Los Angeles).
- Maintain accurate records of employee benefit elections, wage adjustments, and compliance documentation.
- Assist in the setup, data validation, and implementation of the Tiered Life Insurance Program for pilots.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and communicate updates with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Manage and reconcile HR data across systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Partner with Benefits, HR, and Payroll teams to support Annual Enrollment and ensure a smooth rollout.
- Support project documentation, process improvement, and reporting efforts.
Required Skills & Experience
3–5+ years of experience in HR, Benefits Administration, or Project Coordination.Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent analytical and data management capabilities.Experience supporting Annual Enrollment or HR compliance programs.High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.Proficiency with Excel, HR systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.), and project management tools (Smartsheet, Asana, or similar).Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting HR compliance or wage-related programs.Background in benefits, compensation, or HRIS data management.Knowledge of living wage regulations and benefits reporting processes.Additional Details
