Senior Immigration Paralegal - Canada

A company is looking for a Senior Immigration Paralegal - Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain client and internal records using case management systems

Prepare and draft immigration applications in compliance with legal requirements

Collaborate with Case Managers on work authorization and immigration matters

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of law clerk or paralegal experience in Canadian immigration, with a minimum of 1 year in corporate immigration

High computer proficiency, including Acrobat Adobe Pro and Microsoft Office suite

Ability to work in a confidential environment

Oral and written proficiency in English and French

Excellent organizational skills and initiative for process improvements
