Weekday Communications Director

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented communications lead to help us connect with our community across multiple platforms! As the Weekday Communications Director , you’ll play a central role in keeping our supporters informed, inspired, and engaged through email, social media, and our website.

This role is fully remote and you will need to be available during the weekdays. You’ll collaborate with our team to ensure our messaging is consistent, professional, and uplifting—while also bringing your own creativity and technical skills to the table. You'll be working on collaboration with other volunteers to accomplish the following tasks, while being the point person M-F 8a-5p, as needed.

What you’ll do :

• Write and edit clear, engaging copy for emails, social posts, and web updates
• Manage weekday communications flow to keep supporters engaged in real time
• Use basic HTML to format and troubleshoot email layouts
• Maintain and update web pages with essential information (basic website design skills helpful but not required)
• Create and schedule social media content that motivates and grows our community
• Work with the team to uphold a consistent voice and brand across platforms
