Student will be responsible for keeping track of incoming and outgoing print orders, organizing and labeling receipts to be delivered to accounting. The ideal candidate is either in Stephens' Business School or Fashion Marketing and Management department and is interested in managing and organizing the financial side of apparel orders.
The SQ Accounting Management Assistant will :
- Keep track of and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain hours of operation.
- Maintain the proper chronological order of invoices and receipts in the SQ Google Drive.
- Maintain the SQ accounting line sheet in chronological order.
- Be the point of contact between Screen Queens Print shop and The Accounting Office.
- Create properly labeled, printed record of all Screen Queens Receipts in chronological order to be delivered to the Accounting Office.
