My Client is seeking an experienced Estimator with 5-10 years of proven expertise in the construction industry. The Estimator will play a critical role in reviewing plans, analyzing bids, and preparing detailed cost estimates for a variety of projects. Responsibilities include :

• Leveling and analyzing bids from subcontractors and suppliers
• Identifying gaps in coverage on proposals and bids
• Thoroughly reviewing construction plans and specifications
• Developing comprehensive scopes of work
• Performing detailed material take-offs, with emphasis on flooring, trim, drywall, and exterior materials
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure accuracy and competitiveness of estimates
