What You’ll Do
Lead Maintenance and Leasing teams to ensure top-notch customer service and curb appealMonitor community income and operating expensesManage and maintain customer billing informationReview and process accounts payable (invoicing) for processingResponsible for weekly and monthly owner reportingResponsible for the financial performance of the communityOversee leasing, touring, move-in processes along with maintaining occupancy at the communityEnsures the community and staff follow Fair Housing regulations nationally / locally and other laws governing Multi-Family operationsApprove and oversee staff scheduleOversee and implement the market survey, monthly marketing plans, and outreach marketingAttend manager meetings, networking events, and represent Northpoint in AAKC committees, volunteering, and eventsEnsure that employees are able to “Live Generously” and encourage volunteeringResolve resident issues to ensure resident satisfactionProvide continual training opportunities for the community team and peersWalk buildings, vacant units, and property regularly or as requiredAny other additional tasks that are requiredAre you passionate about pushing the limits? Who You Are
High School Diploma, GED, or related experience and / or trainingMust have a valid Driver's LicenseOrganized and have the ability to multi-task in a busy environmentHave a background with superior customer serviceExcellent leadership and teambuilding skillsAbility to take ownership of any task assignedConfident and knowledgeable when interacting with all team members & outside partiesAble to work collaboratively as a team and independentlyProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google applicationsEntrata / Yardi experience is a plus along with familiarity of Blue Moon leaseProficient communication skills both verbal and writtenWe are an equal opportunity employer.
