• Co-Chief Analytics Officer (2 - 5 hours per week desired commitment) Location : Remote in the US Join the WeVote Movement WeVote has a new executive-level open volunteering position.
• We are seeking a Co-Chief Analytics Officer (2+ hours per week) who wants to use their existing skills to help strengthen American Democracy, and help lead our successful analytics team.

• About Us WeVote is a remote-first, nonpartisan, get-out-the-vote nonprofit startup and a celebrated Fast Forward nonprofit technology grantee .
• WeVote is a movement of over 150 passionate active volunteers (starting with the founders) who are building open-source mobile technologies that touch and mobilize millions of voters on Election Day.
• We believe that many voters are busy, distracted, and impatient.
• We have a goal of providing a complete voting experience in 8 minutes, including the download of our app ("WeVote Ballot Guide, @WeVote").

• What You’ll Do Co-lead our 15+ person team of data scientists and analysts in implementing our analytics strategy Define key analytics indicators, for reporting back to the rest of our team Make reports and regular dashboards available to our strategy team, and other stakeholder teams Find stories about how voters are using WeVote in the data Work with our product team to design and build new features that help voters make informed decisions, based on usage patterns you are seeing.

Provide reports about voter activity for specific elections Interview new volunteers interested in joining our team Who you are :

• Must haves.
• At least 2 hours each week during our core team hours M-F 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. (any US time zone) 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably leading a team for 3+ years Some experience with Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Google Ads, etc.
• We have expertise in the existing team but need to improve the dashboards we use to track progress week-to-week You want to work with an established and successful team.
• You are committed to strengthening American Democracy You are striving for personal excellence A willingness to work with and support other volunteers A stable schedule for the next 6 months, or professional-grade schedule management, since we are building a team that has to rely on each other Not required, but nice to have.
• If you have more than 2 hours to volunteer each week, go more deeply into supporting the existing team What You’ll Gain You will have the opportunity to touch the lives of millions of Americans and be part of a movement and product that will receive national attention.
