My client is seeking a Director of Global Market Access to drive global market access strategy for a key asset in their chronic pain portfolio, now entering pivotal development following positive Phase 2 data.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, you’ll shape and execute global payer strategies, co-lead the Global Pain Commercial Team, and collaborate across functions to ensure access readiness and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and lead Global Payer Plans for chronic pain indications
  • Drive pricing, evidence generation, and stakeholder engagement strategy
  • Embed payer insights into clinical, regulatory, and commercial plans
  • Partner with HEOR, RWE, Global Marketing, and regional access teams
  • Support forecasting and market analytics for decision-making
  • Align cross-functional and global teams for launch success

What You Bring :

  • Deep knowledge of U.S. and global access landscapes
  • Experience leading in matrixed, cross-functional teams
  • Strong background in pricing, reimbursement, HEOR
  • Specialty or rare disease experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking
