We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of U.S. Market Access Value Strategy to lead and execute market access strategy, marketing, and operational initiatives for a new medication for the treatment of Post-Partum Depression (PPD). This role is instrumental in ensuring optimal patient access, reimbursement, and continuity of care from prescription to dose . The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of U.S. market access dynamics and has hands-on experience navigating the complexities of specialty distribution and patient access programs.

What You'll Do : Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute comprehensive market access strategies to support the neuropsychology brands across commercial and government payer segments.
• Lead cross-functional planning and execution across payer, provider, and patient access channels to optimize the brand's uptake and adherence.
• Define and drive the contracting strategy in collaboration with pricing, legal, and finance to align with market dynamics and brand goals.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in payer marketing, pricing, trade & distribution, and pharmacy benefit models, with a proven ability to drive results through collaboration and broad commercial strategic thinking. This role requires a hands-on leader who can operate both strategically and tactically to deliver impact across the full market access spectrum.

The base compensation range for this role is : $200,000.00-$275,000.00. Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity. Regular employees are eligible to receive both short term and long-term incentives, including cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities, designed to reward recent achievements and recognize your future potential based on individual, business unit and company performance.
