Position :

  • Sales BDC Representative   Location :  3475 Southwestern Blvd.

Orchard Park, NY 14127 Sales BDC Representative Compensation :

  • $20.00 + bonus based on shown appointments, and completed sales Schedule : Full Time Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday 8 hour shift - includes 1-2 evenings until 6pm and 7pm  Sales BDC Representative Responsibilities :   The Sales BDC Representative is responsible for receiving, processing, verifying, and distributing information from both inbound phone calls and internet leads to include but not limited to inquiries on new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • The BDC representative will follow-up with customers, make outbound phone calls, send e-mails and text through an online platform, and provide general information.

    • Essential Duties Include :

  • Handle all guest inquiries with a focus on 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Receive inbound calls on new and pre-owned vehicles with a goal to establish a firm appointment date and time from the prospect.
  • Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries from guests and providing general or related vehicle sales information.
  • Maintain and communicate exceptional product and inventory knowledge to our guests.
  • Gather and track all guest data as directed; accurately enter into BDC database.
  • Utilize detailed scripts provided by the dealership in addressing guest inquiries and concerns to meet the dealerships and manufactures objectives.
  • Work in proximity with other Sales BDC Representatives in a team-based environment.
  • Facilitate timely follow up on all internet leads as directed by management and / or procedures.
  • Exceptional Oral and Written Communication Skills via phone, one-on-one and online are a must.
  • Proficient in basic math and writing skills.
  • Proven customer service track record or clear desire to provide next level customer service.
  • Comfortable in a high-paced, competitive environment.
