Salary : $17.00 hourly

Days / Hours : Monday through Friday 9 : 00am-2 : 00pm Total : PT 25 hrs. / wk.
GENERAL SUMMARY :
Responsible for overall completion, accuracy, and maintenance of clerical paperwork for AWC, Traditional, and Employment Services departments.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Check HCSIS Alerts for ISP updates
Send ISP updates and ISP to NR-DSP / SSP / ME and Supports Brokers to complete training and sign off
Complete Quarterly templates and send to MEs and Supports Broker or Directors for completion
Communicate with Managing Employers when needed to address errors on paperwork submitted
Email service utilization reports for AWC families monthly
Send out 90-day surveys to new AWC families
Send reminders to Directors for upcoming evaluations
Update and monitor department spreadsheets
Upload documents to Connect for individuals as needed
Maintain up to date caseloads and contact lists
Maintain and track units / rates within the hours charts.
Send out over or underutilization reports quarterly to Directors
Mails, faxes and shreds confidential documents / records / reports
Monitor department training hours
Keep intake packets up to date with forms and policies
Other tasks as assigned
CONNECT FUNCTIONS
Enter all Non-Residential Individuals referral / new intake information
Maintain and update the demographics screens
Ensure all Plans are updated in accordance with current ISP outcome start / end dates
Mark any Individuals inactive when services to all FCS programs are ended
Scan and attach required documentation to Individuals records in Connect.
Run and distribute reports as required
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS :
Experience in Microsoft Excel and Word programs
Strong mathematical background
Ability to multi-task and be organized
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality standards
Excellent communication (oral and written) skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability and a positive attitude
