job_description.job_card.job_descriptionTRADE infrastructure organization, with significant strategic responsibility. The Scrum Master / Kanban Manager will be responsible for managing 4 5 Scrum / Kanban teams spanning one or more functional departments and driving agile maturity in alignment with the company's agile adoption strategy. Manage 4-5 Scrum / Kanban teams across functional departments. Provide leadership and motivation to ensure sprint / project goals are achieved. Drive agile maturity of teams in line with corporate agile strategy. Proactively manage and remove impediments to ensure delivery of business value. Establish and track team velocity, sprint cadence, and release plans. Identify and manage risks according to impact and probability. Develop and report on success metrics, test, and deployment management activities. Work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environments. Establish practices, templates, and tools to mature agile capabilities. Lead ongoing execution / delivery efforts for infrastructure initiatives. Develop and maintain project documentation as per organizational policies. Broad-based Agile / Scrum Master / Kanban expertise. Experience managing infrastructure teams in an Agile / Scrum environment. Proven influencing, coaching, and relationship management skills. Strong analytical and communication skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint proficiency). Ability to structure and organize complex data and projects. Foundational orientation towards servant-leadership and change management. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience. Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) desired. Prior infrastructure experience is required.
