Logistics Specialist Call Center Agent

Schedule : Friday-Tuesday $21 / hr

Job Description : You will utilize two-way audio / video communication to verify and identify necessary specifications on trucks and processes. You will coordinate, communicate, and provide updates on the arrival, loading, unloading, and departure at warehouses, facilities, and distribution centers.

Responsibilities :

• Support and communicate with approximately 200 drivers daily using audio / video communication.
• Ensure accurate verification and identification of trucks and processes.
• Coordinate and provide timely updates to all parties involved in logistics operations.
• Assist in managing gate operations to allow onsite associates to focus on daily operations.
• Maintain excellent and clear communication at all times.

Work Environment : This position is full on-site in Tempe! Training is conducted Monday-Friday from 8 : 00AM-4 : 30PM for the first three weeks, with the first day of training 9 : 00AM-5 : 30PM. Post-training schedules start from Fri-Tues 9-5 : 30PM MST. Mandatory overtime is expected during peak seasons from October to January, which includes a sixth workday and 10-hour workdays.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $21.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
