About This Role : We're seeking a Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own day-to-day execution of full-funnel experimentation and optimization across our core business and new Marketplace launch initiatives. This role serves as the tactical execution bridge between strategic direction and hands-on implementation, creating measurable lifts through rapid testing and optimization. Youll ensure exceptional customer experience through targeted campaigns based on customer behavior, lifecycle stage, and strategic channel management and communication quality control.
What You'll Do
CRO & Funnel Optimization : Execute continuous testing on ClickFunnels / Webflow pages, email campaigns, and in-app flows. Prioritize tests that improve click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost efficiency. Maintain an ongoing optimization loop to maximize funnel performance.
Ad Creative & Copy Testing : Partner with and provide guidance to our paid advertising agency. Develop and test alternative copy angles and creative briefs when performance needs improvement. Project manage current tests in coordination with our creative team.
Marketplace Go-to-Market Execution : Supply sideCreate campaigns and flows to onboard Chief Revenue Officers (CROs). Demand sideExecute affiliate acquisition and enablement programs. Adoption programsBuild lifecycle email sequences that drive activation and multi-product adoption.
Analytics & Performance Tracking : Ensure complete and accurate tracking across HubSpot, Google Analytics, and WickedReports. Instrument experiments end-to-end and provide weekly performance reports. Identify next testing opportunities based on data insights.
SEO & Content Experiments : Brief and launch targeted pages and experiments supporting Marketplace and core business acquisition. Coordinate with content and SEO resources on templated pages and content initiatives.
Agency & Vendor Management : Translate strategic plans into actionable briefs for external partners. Hold partners accountable to performance targets. Ensure messaging and brand consistency across all channels.
Team Leadership : Mentor and direct work to Marketing Specialist. Create clear playbooks and task breakdowns for web updates, automations, and data analysis. Own test hypotheses, design, and success metrics.
Success Metrics : 6+ meaningful A / B or multivariate tests per month across funnels, ads, and lifecycle campaigns. 15-25% landing page conversion rate improvement on priority funnels and 5-10% email activation lift on lifecycle sequences. Launch CRO onboarding flow and first affiliate enablement package. Manage customer lifecycle email, SMS and in-app sequences that drive activation, engagement, and retention. Complete tracking audit and implement weekly reporting dashboards.
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
3-5 years of hands-on growth marketing or performance marketing experience
Proven track record of managing and optimizing marketing funnels
Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot and GoHighLevel preferred)
Proficiency in landing page builders (ClickFunnels, Webflow)
Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and marketing attribution
Direct response copywriting capabilities
Experience managing external agencies and vendors
Preferred Qualifications
SaaS or B2B marketing experience
Experience with affiliate marketing programs
SEO knowledge and content marketing experience
Familiarity with Zapier and marketing automation workflows
Experience in marketplace or multi-sided platform environments

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range : $70,000 - $85,000 USD annually
