Family Medicine Physician (MD / DO) – Focus Areas in Gender & HIV Care
Location : Santa Rosa California area
Join a physician-led, community-focused health center offering comprehensive care with a focus on gender health and HIV services. We are seeking a Family Medicine physician to build a meaningful practice with a strong emphasis on primary care, gender-affirming care, and HIV care, all while serving diverse, multicultural populations in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide outpatient primary care, including gender-affirming and HIV care, to patients across all ages.
- Focus on patient-centered care in a high-volume, integrated setting.
- Participate in professional development and mentoring programs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a supportive, collegial culture.
