As a Sr. Data Scientist, you’ll play a key role in unlocking insights and building advanced machine learning models to drive fiber network growth, optimize deployment strategies, and support strategic business decisions. What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end machine learning and statistical models that accelerate fiber growth and improve financial performance.
• Extract, clean, and model large, complex datasets using advanced programming and statistical techniques.
• Define and frame business problems in mathematical terms-such as identifying underperforming market segments, optimizing penetration strategies, and analyzing fiber user behavior.
• Develop and continuously improve penetration permutation models, along with challenger models to test and enhance performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators through real-time cohort-level dashboards and scorecards, enabling fast, data-informed decisions.
• Incorporate geographic and partner-level variations (including JV and Wholesale) into modeling to ensure accurate regional cost optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including engineering, finance, marketing, and leadership-to drive alignment between data insights and business strategy.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively using clear visualizations, presentations, and storytelling techniques.

Base Pay Range : $106,000 - $191,100

Corporate Bonus Target : 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
