The Role

PMCS Group is seeking a seasoned Owners Authorized Representative II (OAR II) to join our team and oversee the delivery of highvalue educational construction projects. If you're a handson leader with strong organizational instincts, we want to hear from you.

As an OAR II at PMCS Group, youll be responsible for managing all aspects of educational facility construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Youll ensure projects stay on budget and on schedule, maintain high-quality standards, and coordinate closely with stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory agencies throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and coordinate all project phases
• Review pre-construction documents and advise designers
• Track project progress and report to senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies
• Monitor budgets and schedules monthly
• Review and manage contractor schedules, submittals, and RFIs
• Evaluate and negotiate change orders and schedule impacts
• Manage payments and professional service agreements
• Coordinate delivery of fixtures, furniture, and equipment
• Lead project close-out including certification and financial wrap-up
