What You Will Do

• Responsibilities will require leading a team of test engineers to validate Antenna (AESA) hardware. Tasks will include specification development, trade studies, hardware integration, and test and validation.
• This opportunity is for a versatile Antenna test engineer possessing a blend of theoretical analysis, practical application, and hands-on integration abilities.
• The ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and RF related issues down to the antenna subsystem component level is desired.
• The ability to independently solve problems as well as work with the system / subsystem team is required.
• The candidate should be willing to work with leadership to identify antenna range upgrades and repairs. Additional responsibilities will include providing technical, schedule, and cost inputs to management.
• Domestic travel is required.

The salary range for this role is 112,000 USD - 224,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company’s performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
