OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY INCIDENT RESPONSE TECHNICIAN
At On-Site Health & Safety, our Health & Safety Incident Response Technicians or Field Technicians explore skill sets not typically available under traditional EMT, Paramedic, Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy, or LVN roles. Field Technicians work in a mobile setting, responding in a company-provided vehicle to various worksites, including construction zones, warehouses, refineries, restaurants, and more. Technicians may clock in and out from home, reducing commute to and from traditional offices / work hubs. The company supports employees exploring other areas of interest while increasing experience across disciplines.

Core services include responding to worksites to help companies comply with health and safety requirements, providing incident reports and first aid after accidents, performing pulmonary function testing, drug screening, hearing tests, and blood draws when certified / licensed.

Responsibilities
- Respond to various worksites in a mobile capacity with a company vehicle.
- Provide incident reporting and first aid after accidents.
- Conduct pulmonary function testing, drug screening, hearing tests, and blood draws when certified / licensed.
- Articulate instructions clearly and be comfortable with public speaking / addresses.
- Stand, walk, sit, and climb stairs for extended periods; operate a motor vehicle for extended periods (up to 90% of a shift in some cases).
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements; participate in pre-employment background checks and drug screening as applicable.

The company hires in key areas within a major geographical location and saturates service areas with technicians to meet demand. Employees may work in the extended surrounding area and relocate within the service area as needed to respond promptly to calls.
