Field Engineer (San Jose)

This is an on-site position; SF Bay Area local candidates only. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Position Summary :

As the Field Engineer, you are responsible for document control management of RFIs, Submittals, and meeting minutes. You will support the project team with posting documents to the plans, assisting Superintendents with tracking fabrication and delivery and site team coordination for preconstruction / preconference mockups.

Responsibilities :

Construction Activities

• Support Assistant Superintendent & Superintendent with tracking field activities and subcontractors
• Participate in inspection walk as required to complete the various project activities
• Communicate with team on site activities that could impact neighborhood relations
• Communicate schedule updates to project team
• Basic understanding and interpreting of project drawings, specifications and scopes of work

Anticipated Starting Salary Range to commensurate with experience :

$90,000 - $115,000
