MVP Recruitment is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to lead a well-established Independent Living Community in the Worcester, MA area. This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who is passionate about senior living and creating a vibrant, welcoming environment for residents and staff.

About the Role :

The Executive Director will oversee daily operations, lead a dedicated team, and serve as the face of the community. This role requires a hands-on leader who can foster strong relationships with residents, staff, and the local community while driving growth and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee all aspects of community operations, including resident satisfaction, team management, and financial performance.

Actively market the community and develop strong relationships with referral sources.

Ensure a positive, engaged culture for residents and staff.

Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.

Qualifications :

Proven leadership experience in Senior Living, with preference for deposit community experience.

Strong marketing and networking skills.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
