Overview

Hardware Asset Manager, Service Excellence Team at Capital Group. The Hardware Asset Manager oversees the hardware lifecycle of end-user equipment, working with global vendors to order, deploy, repair, and recycle hardware, and manage the annual budget.

Responsibilities

• Hardware Asset Management : Manage the global fleet of end-user equipment and provide input into models and standards for desktops, laptops, monitors, mobile phones, printers, and supporting accessories. Coordinate with vendors and global associates to ensure equipment is updated and appropriately recycled.
• Team Leadership : Manage team leads and associates to ensure efficient service and positive user experience. Provide feedback, track metrics, mentor staff, and foster collaboration. Optimize tools and processes across Knowledge Management, AI / Automation, and Reporting by adopting new technologies.
• Vendor Management : Ensure vendors provide metric-based QBRs with monthly tracking and reporting on performance. Set goals to improve vendor performance in alignment with Capital Group's strategic objectives.
• Project Leadership : Oversee team budgets, allocate resources, identify cost-saving strategies, define tasks, track milestones, and report to the Senior Manager, ensuring deadlines are met and issues are escalated promptly.
