Lateral officers benefit from a condensed academy and field training process and are eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Anticipated 2025 pay : $46.11$54.89 / hour ($95,908$114,171 / year), plus shift differential and consideration for previous assignments (SWAT, FTO, etc.). We value service, justice, and courage.
