Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute business operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and implement execution plans and establish key performance indicators (KPIs)
Support leadership in business management areas, drive cross-team projects, and monitor team health and culture initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 6+ years of experience in financial management, business planning, or related roles
Experience with budget management and partnering with Finance for quarterly execution
3+ years of mid to large program / project management experience
Proven ability to build productive working relationships with diverse individuals
Experience in driving compliance and organizational health initiatives
