Key Responsibilities
Schedule reservations and arrange pet care coverage
Answer client and staff inquiries via email and phone
Maintain client management system and ensure documentation is up to date
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
6 months to 1 year of experience working or volunteering with animals preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree will be considered
Reliable with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Must have a quiet home office setup with high-speed internet
Experience in a busy office or as a receptionist / admin assistant is preferred
