job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDevelop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality at all stages of the development cycle Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective strategies Manage bug tracking, ensuring timely logging, prioritization, and resolution of defects using tools like JIRA or similar Conduct performance and load testing to assess application stability under varying conditions Analyze test results, provide detailed reports, and offer actionable insights to improve product quality Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, including tool and methodology adoption to enhance testing efficiency Ensure compliance with industry best practices, quality standard, and regulatory requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred Five (5)+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes required Pharmacy software or healthcare technology solutions experience is a plus ISTQB Advanced Level Certification or similar professional QA certifications preferred Proven expertise in manual testing, test case design, and execution across various platforms (web, desktop, mobile) Advanced proficiency in automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestNG, or similar) Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience in collaborative, fast-paced development environments Hands-on experience with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps tools for QA integration preferred Proficiency in bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr) Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for automated testing and process optimization preferred Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and influence cross-functional teams to achieve quality goals 100% employer-paid premiums for medical, dental, and vision Employer-paid disability and life insurance policies Employer-paid HSA contributions Generous 401K matching PTO accruals every paycheck Tuition reimbursement Relaxed dress code Fully-stocked break room

We are seeking a Senior QA Analyst with experience, knowledge, and a strong drive for quality.
The Senior QA Analyst will take an influential role in ensuring our software meets the highest standards of quality through strategic planning, manual and automated testing, and team collaboration. Working alongside a team dedicated to innovation and continuous improvement, this individual will play a pivotal role in advancing our QA processes and mentoring team members.
Liberty Software takes immense pride in its client relations and support and expects all team members, including the Senior QA Analyst, to not only have the necessary technical skills, but great interpersonal and communication skills as well.
This is an in-person position located in Grapevine, TX.

Job Responsibilities Include :
Perform and oversee functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for windows, web, and mobile applications
Drive the development and maintenance of advanced automated test scripts to support continuous testing and enhance coverage
Act as a mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous learning
