- Review patient medication profiles monthly and administer medications as prescribed.\n\nCollaborative Teamwork : \n
- Partner with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care planning and assessment.\n
- Support staffing needs to maintain compliance with state regulations and ensure seamless operations.\n\nSafety & Quality : \n
- Follow company policies, state regulations, and federal laws to maintain a safe and compliant environment.\n
- Participate in staff meetings and continuing education to stay at the forefront of renal care practices.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n
- Licensure : Current Registered Nurse license\n
- Skills : Ability to distinguish all primary colors (essential for patient care).\n
- Experience : \n
- One or more years of current nursing experience preferred.\n
