Job Description We are seeking an experienced FLOAT RN for a Medical-Surgical / Telemetry unit. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care across multiple departments, including Med-Surg 4 Pav, Med-Surg 5 Pratt, and acute inpatient rehabilitation (ortho / neuro). Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with diverse medical conditions. Monitor patient status and implement care plans effectively. Supervise and support nursing staff as required, possibly assuming the role of charge nurse. Use critical thinking and leadership skills to prioritize and delegate tasks. Implement safety protocols for patient handling and transport. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current New York nursing license. Minimum of one successful travel assignment required.
