Shift : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM

Experience :

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 10 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• 3 months of travel experience is required from last 12 months.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Additional Details :

Required Skills / Experience : Clinicians with 2+ years of experience in hospital / medical center setting will be prioritized.

Required Credentials : References - one supervisory performance eval / reference from within 2 years of employment / contract.

Unit / Facility : Unit Info : Bed Size : 22 bed. Patient Types : General med surg. Drips : Heparin.

Shift & Scheduling :

No Call; Every other weekend including holiday rotation if scheduled. Weekend Requirements : Every other weekend including holiday rotation if scheduled. On Call Requirements : None.

2025 Holidays :

Winter holidays : Required to work 2 of 3 (Christmas, New Years, or Thanksgiving)

Limit of 1 day request off between 11 / 26 / 25-11 / 30 / 25 and 12 / 23 / 25-1 / 2 / 26 for all travelers regardless of holidays worked.

Floating Requirements : Traveler will be required to float across all campuses; Iowa Methodist MC, Iowa Lutheran & Iowa Methodist.

7 days maximum time off

2 references from last 2 years (Any reference type) - required for submission

Driver’s license required for submission
