GENERAL DESCRIPTION : As an Intern, you will be a part of one portion of the “Wells Engineering Development Program (EDP)” participants, working directly with Wells PEs to gain valuable, hands-on experience in field services, quality control, and engineering design. EDP participants will explore different opportunities and discover a career path that best meets your skills, ambitions, and expertise.

Salary range $23.00-$25.00 an hour. Based on experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

One portion of the Wells EDP will get you up to speed with quality control. This is one of the most important aspects of engineering with Wells. Our attention to detail and quality is what sets us apart from the competition.

In another portion, you’ll have the opportunity to work in our Field Services division.

Another component of the Wells EDP consists of hands-on experience in Engineering Design . You’ll spend your months working in tandem with Wells Design Engineers to design precast concrete products for a variety of projects, gaining valuable skills.
