Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and assisting with disciplinary processes.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts for designated roles, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate and new hire experience.
- Administer various employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and answering detailed questions.
- Support accurate and timely payroll processing by ensuring all necessary HR data inputs are correct.
- Conduct new employee orientations and exit interviews, gathering valuable feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain compliance with federal and state employment laws and company policies, ensuring all HR activities are legally sound.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and operational efficiency.
- Advise management and employees on HR policies and procedures, ensuring fair and consistent application.
Recommended Qualifications :
2-4 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with a strong preference for manufacturing or industrial environments.Solid understanding of HR best practices, federal and state employment laws, and compliance requirements.Proven experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, UKG / Kronos, Workday) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust at all organizational levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating complex employee relations situations.High degree of integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.Adaptability and flexibility to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing setting.Preferred Qualifications :
