Overview :
McGee & Co. is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Brand Creative team, specializing in paid media campaigns and retail collateral production. This role combines strategic design thinking for digital advertising with high-quality print standards for our physical storefronts.
You'll be responsible for creating compelling campaign assets across paid media channels, designing weekly product email products, and developing retail collateral that enhances the in-store customer experience. The ideal candidate brings both digital marketing design expertise and traditional print design skills to create cohesive visual experiences that reinforce McGee & Co.'s position as a leader in the home furnishing space.
This position requires a designer who can think strategically about conversion-driven creative while maintaining the elevated aesthetic standards that define our brand across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities :
Paid Media & Digital Creative :
- Collaborate closely with Paid Media team to design high-converting ad creative for Meta, Google, Pinterest, and other paid channels
- Create A / B test variations and iterate designs based on performance data and campaign objectives
- Support paid and content videos with complementary graphics and visual elements
- Partner with growth marketing team to understand audience targeting and optimize creative for conversion
Email & Marketing Support :
Support marketing campaigns with weekly email production and promotional graphicsMaintain consistency across all digital brand expressions and customer touchpointsDesign seasonal campaign materials and product launch assetsRetail & Print Production :
Design in-store signage, product displays, and wayfinding materials for McGee & Co. retail locationsCreate print collateral including brochures, catalogs, price tags, and promotional materialsCollaborate with Design Team to concept seasonal retail campaigns and window display graphicsEnsure all retail materials meet brand standards and enhance the in-store customer experiencePrint Quality & Standards :
Manage press checks to ensure print quality and color accuracyCreate and maintain library of paper samples and printed color standardsVisit stores regularly to audit signage and make necessary adjustmentsBrand & Collaboration :
Maintain brand consistency across all paid media and retail applicationsStay current with design trends in home furnishing, retail, and digital advertisingWork cross-functionally with Marketing, Retail Operations, and E-commerce teamsParticipate in creative reviews and strategic planning sessionsSkill and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field4+ years of experience in graphic design with focus on paid media and retail environmentsStrong portfolio demonstrating both digital and print design expertiseProven track record designing for both digital advertising and print productionExpert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Experience with digital ad specifications across Meta, Google, Pinterest, and other platformsStrong understanding of print production processes, color management, and press checksKnowledge of email design best practices and responsive design principlesUnderstanding of conversion-focused design principles for paid mediaExperience with A / B testing methodologies and data-driven design iterationEye for typography, color theory, and brand consistency across touchpointsUnderstanding of retail environments and in-store customer experience designPreferred Qualifications :
Experience with motion graphics or video support elementsBackground in retail or e-commerce environmentsKnowledge of growth marketing principles and performance metricsExperience managing vendor relationships and print production workflowsBenefits :
