Our Franchise is seeking someone who is a high achiever to fill a key leadership role. As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, managing, training, and motivating the sales and marketing team for our Texas Franchises. You will drive our marketing campaigns, including e-marketing resources, oversee the contact database, develop presentation materials, and maintain an active presence at local and regional association and trade show events. You will be responsible for growing business profit and revenue and developing long-standing business relationships.
