What you will be doing :

The Pharmacy Analyst, PremierProRx will deliver all-inclusive support to the PremierProRx team, its members, and suppliers. As part of the Business Intelligence Team, this position is responsible for developing advanced analytical solutions that enhance program dashboards, reporting, data management, and analytics by leveraging the Pharmacy Business Intelligence Framework.

Additionally, the role supports strategic projects, stakeholder communication and knowledge distribution and performs ad hoc analyses to provide actionable insights that drive the continued growth and success of the PremierProRx Program.

Key responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to, the following areas :

• Implement a reporting system and process to house and manage monthly and quarterly reporting of member performance on the PremierProRx program
• Maintain Tableau tools to support PremierProRx Program
• Update and maintain PremierProRx databases
• Implement monthly member compliance reporting to track progress
• Interface with Pharmacy team to implement the program

Key Responsibilities

Responsibility #1 - 40%

Manage monthly and quarterly PremierProRx reporting and payments

Coordinate analytics with Finance for member payouts

Responsibility #2 - 20%

Maintain and update the PremierProRx technical infrastructure leveraging the Business Intelligence Framework

Conducting requirements analysis, developing solutions through advanced analytic models, implementing technical enhancements, performing data audits and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of compliance-related data, automating processes to facilitate the program, addressing data issues and risks, and maintaining thorough documentation.

Responsibility #3 - 20%

Partner with Field Pharmacy, Finance, Premier members, and suppliers to oversee program operations and manage financial reporting.

Create educational materials for stakeholders to facilitate effective program support.

Responsibility #4 - 20%

Use reporting tools to deliver information, compare data sets, and develop ad hoc reports

Required Qualifications

Work Experience :

Education :

High School Diploma or GED (Required)

Skills :

Experienced in handling various large, disparate data sets.

Data integration and statistical analysis capabilities.

Proficient in SQL, including BigQuery and SQL Server.

Proficient in Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik for business intelligence and data visualization.

Strong skills in business analysis and project management, with attention to detail and processes.

Knowledge of data visualization techniques.

Familiar with Excel; experience with Google Big Query, SQL Server, and Access is a plus.

Business Acumen :

Understanding of business processes and KPIs.

Able to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.

Experienced with financial data, reports, and SLAs.

Soft Skills :

Excellent communicator and presenter.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Works well both independently and in teams.

Travel Requirements : Travel 1-20% within the US

Premier's compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier's internal salary range for this role is $62,000 - $93,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills / experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
