We are hiring a Personal Injury Trial Attorney in Charlotte so if you have Trial and strong Litigation experience, please read on!

What you will do :

• Handling complicated plaintiff personal injury litigation cases
• Initial Intake
• Pre-Suit Client Relationship Management
• Negotiating with Insurance Companies and Lien Holders
• Drafting Initial Pleadings, Conducting Depositions, Preparing and Responding to Written Discovery
• Take cases to Trial
