We are looking for an experienced Staff Subcontract Administrator to join our growing team supporting the Microelectronics Center. This position will be located in our Redondo Beach, CA facility. The successful candidate will source and procure specialized products and services, from cradle to grave. Activities include executing Non-Disclosure Agreements, negotiating Teaming Agreements, reviewing Statements of Work and / or Technical Documents, issuing Requests for Proposals, analyzing proposals, evaluating commerciality claims, approving source justifications and technical evaluations, completing price / cost analyses, negotiating terms and conditions / pricing / schedule, awarding and modifying subcontracts, preparing compliant procurement audit files in accordance with FAR and company policies, etc.

Primary Level Salary Range : $141,400.00 - $212,000.00. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
