Position Summary :

As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will engage closely with new and existing customers to understand their financial needs, recommending appropriate products and services related to spending and saving. The Senior Relationship Manager will ensure branch sales goals, while simultaneously providing the highest quality service for consumer and corporate clients.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities :

• Focuses on increasing sales of Bank products and services to existing and new individual business clients.
• Manages and develops sales strategies to motivate branch team members to promote and maximize sales opportunities.
• Develops and implements business plans to achieve targeted deposits goals; acquires and expands business account relationships.
• Participates in local community and business organizations and activities to enhance the Bank's image and develop business sources.

Required Knowledge, Skills And Experience :

Potential Salary : $180,000 - $200,000 annually

This salary range reflects base wages and does not include benefits, bonus, or incentive pay. Salary bands are purposefully wide ranging to encompass the different factors considered in determining where a candidate falls in the range, including but not limited to, seniority, performance, experience, education, and any other legitimate, non-discriminatory factor permitted by law. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed here.
