Job Description

As a Security Officer - Unarmed Retail Patrols in Paramus, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a bustling retail or mall location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct regular patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. You will interact with visitors and staff, providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a welcoming environment. Your role involves observing and reporting any unusual activity, responding professionally to incidents, and upholding Allied Universal's values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first. Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
