Regional Sales Director, Laboratory (Distribution & Products)

We provide hospital labs, independent labs, and physician office labs access to thousands of products from hundreds of manufacturers including thousands of Cardinal Health brand products that provide our customers the savings they need.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving growth within the region for Lab business across both distribution services and laboratory products.
• Foster a high-performance culture though robust performance management and talent development. Fosters and supports effective teamwork, accountability and innovation.
• Act as a change agent by leading change and helping others to understand and implement change to ensure business objectives are met.
• Remove barriers for team through cross-functional relationships.
• Prepare regular reports and analysis including business plans, customer correspondence, budget / expenses and others.
• Manage & enhance key customer relationships
• Collaborate across Cardinal Health to influence support for mutually beneficial outcomes within the segment.
• Demonstrate professional development initiatives : keep abreast of competitive landscape, market insights, and effectively communicate across key internal and external stakeholders.
• Support & execute business unit initiatives. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Anticipated pay range : $182,800-$210,000 (includes targeted variable incentive pay)

The salary range listed is an estimate. Pay at Cardinal Health is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographical location, relevant education, experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equity.
