Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead the proposal team in creating client-focused proposals and sales documents
Provide consultative support to the Sales team on targeted strategies to enhance competitive advantage
Ensure timely and quality completion of projects through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor's degree
At least five years of professional experience in pharmacy benefit management, healthcare sales, or strategic proposal work
Proven leadership experience in client acquisition and retention efforts
Demonstrated project management proficiency in high-pressure environments
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products and CRM systems
