The Charge Nurse supervises nursing and support staff during assigned shifts, ensuring safe, quality care. This role reports to the Director or Manager of the Department.\n\nMinimum Qualifications : \n\nEducation : \n
• Associate's degree required\n
• Bachelor's degree preferred\n\nCertifications : \n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within one month of hire date\n
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within six months of hire date\n
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within six months of hire date\n\nLicense : \n
