Wine Manager Position

As a Wine Manager, you'll lead the store's wine department in providing superior customer service and creating the best wine shop in the country by promoting and selling wines through customer education, helping customers appreciate wines, and assisting in making purchasing decisions. Once you're eligible, you'll become an owner in the company, so we're looking for commitment, hard work, and focus on quality and customer service. Management :
Spends majority of time using independent judgement making employment-related and business decisions, or effectively recommending such decisions, including product / and department-related strategies, hiring, promoting, disciplining, suspending, discharging, rewarding, or otherwise engaging in resolving partner-related mattersTrains School of Retail Management (SORM) and School of Retail Leadership (SORL) traineesConducts competitive visits regularly to identify key competitors and key models (stores from which we can learn)Prepares work schedules, orders product, controls inventory, monitors department budget / payrollSales :
