Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and modify existing compensation programs, policies, and processes
Design compensation packages and bonus programs aligned with the company's strategic plan
Conduct internal research on employee satisfaction and implement practices to enhance engagement
Required Qualifications
Experience as a Compensation Leader or in a similar role
Experience designing and managing compensation and equity programs for fast-growing companies
Strong experience with equity compensation / incentive programs
Knowledge of building compensation packages for various departments and seniority levels
Hands-on experience managing compensation within an HRIS or payroll software system
